Wine & Chocolate Wine Trail Weekend at Auburn Road Vineyards

February 11&12, 2012

Noon – 5:00 PM

$10 admission (complimentary glass, truffles and chocolate fountain.)

Take your Sweetheart on a tour of some great Garden State wineries and make sure to include Auburn Road on your trail!  From noon to 5 pm both Saturdays and Sundays, join us for:

• A souvenier tasting glass etched with the Auburn Road logo filled with two great homemade truffles from Sweet Mary's Chocolates of Woodstown     
• Use that tasting glass for tastings of all of Auburn Road's terrific wines (and try them with the truffles - they are amazing together!)
• A delicious chocolate fountain with strawberries, pineapple, pretzels and marshmallows for dipping
• Tours of the Winery with our winemaker Julianne
• Admission is only $10 per person

AND THEN...plan to finish your wine trailing on Saturday night with us from 7 to 9 PM with live music featuring The Rubber Souls - amazing Beatles tribute band performing acoustic Beatles Love Songs for Valentines Day!  Admission for music only $5. Mother's Day Wine Trail Weekend!  May  12 & 13 2012 - 11 AM to 5 PM

Take Mom out to visit the Garden State's wineries on Mother's Day!  While you are out tasting all the great wines of New Jersey, plan on stopping by Auburn Road in time for our First Annual Mother's Day Brunch!  From 11 am to 2 pm on both Saturday and Sunday, Chef Danielle, our great in-house chef, will be preparing an amazing brunch menu.  Choose any appetizer, entree and dessert from the menu below!

Appetizers:  Lobster Bisque, Butternut Squash & Sauteed Apple Bisque, or Extra Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail (steamed in our Sole white wine!)

Entrees: Mushroom & Tomato Quiche with side of fresh fruit slices; Spinach & Bacon Quiche with side of fresh fruit slices; Challah Raisin Bread French Toast with Strawberries and maple syrup; Breakfast Sausage with Shredded Potatoes & Cheddar Cheese Egg Bake with fruit slices; or Shrimp Salad on Rustic Bread, side baby mixed green salad with honey-balsamic dressing.

Desserts: Tiramisu Mouse & Lady Fingers with a dark chocolate drop; Rosalita Raspberry Sorbet with a Dark Chocolate Drop (made with our Rosalita rose wine!); or Lemon Crumb Bar with fresh strawberries.   

Coffee and tea and wine tasting and tour with a tasting glass are included!

Reservations recommended but walk ins accepted based on availability.  Cost is only $18.50 per person!

We will have tastings and tours throughout the weekend (including a complementary tasting glass featuring our logo). Admission without brunch is only $5.

Then, don't forget to end your wine trail with us on Saturday night as amazing Kelly Ricketts performs from 7 to 9 PM in the Enoteca! Admission for the music is FREE!

July 14-15, 2012:  Barrel Tasting and Walk in the Vineyard Wine Trail Weekend:  The Garden State Wine Growers present this great opportunity to tour the beautiful vineyards of the Garden State and taste amazing wines right from the barrel!!

Each day, from Noon to 5 PM, for only $10 per person, join us for special surprises and events including:

• Tastings of upcoming great Auburn Road wines right from the Barrel in our beautiful Barrel Room with our winemaker, Julianne;
• Tours of the Vineyard with our Chief of Viticulture, Dave;
• A tasting glass etched with the Auburn Road logo;
• A glass of Auburn Road's famous Rosalita Sangria;
• Tastings of all of Auburn Road's wines; and
• And live music on the Vineyard Stage all weekend long!

Holiday Wine Trail Weekend!  November 23-25, 2012.  Noon to 5 PM

• Thanksgiving Eve with The Rubber Souls!  Amazing Beatles tribute band, The Rubber Souls, gets the Holiday Weekend going at The Enoteca with a Thanksgiving Eve performance from 7 PM to 9 PM on Wednesday Nov. 23.  Only $5 cover!
• Sam Lamont on Saturday Night!  Don't miss great acoustic guitarist, singer/songwriter, and local hero Sam Lamont making his annual return home on Saturday night Nov. 26 from 7 to 9 PM Live! From the Vineyard Stage at The Enoteca!  End your Saturday wine trail with us and Sam! Admission is FREE!

Chef Danielle will present Auburn Road's hearty, rustic Harvest Lunch (featuring warm bowls orgainc homemade soups, artisan cheeses, fresh crusty bread and olive oil, castelveltrano olives, soppresata, and fresh tomato bruschetta).     Come warm up by our new fireplace and celebrate the holidays!
