Tonight’s EntrĂ©e: Pasta Medeterraneo! Chef’s choice of Severino’s fresh pasta with a white wine reduction cream sauce (made with Auburn Road Sole) made with sundried tomatoes, fresh plum tomatoes, fresh basil and chopped garlic and Claudio’s grated locatelli romano cheese. Pair with a glass of Sole or The White Bottle chardonnay!
