The White Bottle

Aromatic and vibrant Chardonnay. Fermented in stainless steel tanks then sur lie aged in French oak barrels for 6 months creating a creamy mid-palate with emphasis on mouthwatering fruit and acidity.


Dry Rosé (Sold Out)

Dry Provencal-style rosé. Light, pink and ripe with the soft fragrance of tangerine, citrus and strawberries.


Pinot Grigio

Gaia

Sophisticated dry blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Aged two years in French oak barrels, Cabernet Franc creates a savory yet floral wine while Merlot builds a silky finish. The addition of Petit Verdot provides well-integrated, chewy, dusty tannins.

Eidólon 2014

Deep, dark, dry blend that features our beautiful Merlot, aged 30 months in oak barrels and a minimum of another 9 months in the bottle. Taking its name from a Walt Whitman poem, 25 cents from every bottle sold goes to support the Walt Whitman Association in Camden, New Jersey.
