Every Friday, Auburn Road Vineyards presents a five course food and wine tasting experience. Each week, there is a different Entrée selected by Auburn Road’s chefs exclusively featuring Severino’s pasta with sauces prepared in house, and each sauce is specially made to order.
To begin, we prepare your palate and whet your appetite with a pairing of several of our wines with artisan cheeses and gourmet compotes – including honey truffle (w/ locally-made honey), sundried fig preserve, and dark cherry jam. Then follows our antipasto – castelvertrano olives, fresh housemade tomato or roasted pepper bruschetta topping, extra virgin olive oil, and warm locally-made Italian bread. Next, a salad of baby mixed greens tossed with our famous honey balsamic vinaigrette. After your Entrée, finish with your choice of our locally-made desserts: 1892 Chocolate with a Wine Pairing, Gilda’s Biscotti, or Caffé Gelato’s featured “Flavors of the Week”.
Seatings take place every Friday night between 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Dinner is $34.99 for adults and $21.99 for children. This includes a wine pairing and special music performances each week. We do offer gluten-free pasta for those with special dietary restrictions and request that you notify us of such needs when making your reservation. During the seasons in which outdoor seating is available, please note when making your reservation if you wish to be seated indoors or outdoors. This availability is weather contingent. For parties of 8 to 12 guests, credit card information will be required to hold your reservation, and cancellations that occur in less than 48 hours of the reservation will be automatically charged $20 per person. Automatic gratuity of 18% is also charged to parties of 8 to 12 guests.

We only take a limited amount of reservations so it is an intimate evening and you get our full attention. We only do one seating and you can stay until closing if you like. A meal like this is something to take your time with to properly enjoy.
Information for Large Groups…
Due to the limited space and our desire to give our patrons the best experience possible, Auburn Road Vineyards and Winery has adopted new policies with regards to large groups. We cannot accommodate groups larger than 12. If the group is made up of 8 to 12 guests, an automatic 18% gratuity will be charged to the bill. In order to reserve a table, credit card information will be required. If the party does not show up or cancel within 48 hours, the credit card on file will be charged $20 per head.
